1. What are the benefits of a pergola?

Pergolas provide homeowners the flexibility to control the climate in their favor and aesthetically enhance their outdoor spaces. Pergolas help add character to your backyards and further extend your living space. A pergola system gives you the leverage against unpredictable weather of any sort.

2. How much does a system cost?

We advise interested customers and dealers to fill out a form to receive a quote. We understand interested parties want quick quotes at their fingertips. However, the ordering process is quite complex and requires further information to provide an accurate quote.

3. How long does it take to receive?

Each pergola is custom made at our 650,000 square foot manufacturer in Opole, Poland. The pergolas take 8-9 weeks to build and ship to our warehouse in Elmhurst, IL. If you’re trying to time the seasons, we recommend ordering ahead.

4. How does shipping work?

Both residential buyers and dealers are responsible for the cost of shipping from Chicago, IL to their selected destination. We currently are only shipping inside the United States.

5. What are the materials of the system?

The pergola systems are made of powder-coated aluminum profiles and stainless and galvanized steel components. The roof framework is made of aluminum operable blades. The powder-coating process ensures a tough surface which strongly protects against chipping and peeling. Not to mention, the powder coating process is much more environmentally friendly than alternative processes.
